Ningbo Sunny Bär Automation Co., Ltd. a subsidiary of Sunny Precision Industries, was established in April 2017 and operates under the stock code 920906. Sunny Baer is a core global supplier of mobile robots, dedicated to providing three product lines: AGV-based production line solutions, AGV-based on-site logistics solutions, and industrial cleaning robots. The company possesses comprehensive AGV hardware and software development and integration capabilities, specializing in structural design, software algorithms, and path planning. Currently, R&D accounts for over 70% of the company's total investment. The company has extensive practical experience and a mature theoretical framework in logistics planning and quality control. The company has been awarded numerous honors, including Zhejiang Province's Science and Technology-Based Small and Medium-Sized Enterprise and Top 100 Demonstration Robotic System Integrator, as well as numerous awards, including the Gold Award for Design Products in the Hefeng Award Industrial Innovation Design Competition. Sunny Baer adheres to the business philosophy of "empowering manufacturing and making production more easier" and has been deeply engaged in automotive process line AGV, which is mainly used in automobile assembly lines, welding lines, and the beginning and end of stamping lines, promoting automobile production changes and creating flexible intelligent production lines. The related application cases are the first of their kind in China and abroad. The main customers include well-known automobile OEMs such as FAW, Foton Daimler, NIO, and Ideal, as well as general contractors such as the Ninth Institute of Machinery and the East China Research Institute.
