Welding automated assembly AGV solution

Focusing on the efficient transport needs of the door adjustment line, 23 dedicated AGVs, measuring 2700mm × 1480mm × 330mm, are deployed to precisely handle the transport of doors (each weighing 2000kg). These AGVs utilize dual steering wheels, combined with optical ribbon navigation and QR code positioning technology, to achieve high-precision positioning within ±3mm, ensuring precise alignment of doors with the adjustment line workstations. Equipped with a piggyback transport structure and a supercapacitor + lead-acid battery power supply, along with online charging, these vehicles are designed to eliminate downtime and significantly improve equipment utilization. Relying on the workshop's industrial Ethernet network for a stable communication link, they efficiently connect all processes on the door adjustment line, enabling fully automated, highly secure, and flexible production, and providing core support for the intelligent upgrade of the door adjustment process.
