Material rack transfer automation AGV

Focusing on the efficient transfer of material racks in the workshop, the system deploys 10 dedicated AGVs, measuring 1410mm × 1200mm × 278mm, to flexibly adapt to workshop aisles and storage areas. These AGVs utilize differential drive, combined with laser SLAM navigation and DM code positioning, to achieve high-precision stopping within ±5mm. Equipped with a lifting and backpack structure with a lifting height of 0-330mm, they can stably carry material racks for retrieval, placement, and transfer. Powered by lithium iron phosphate batteries with online charging, they reduce downtime for recharging. Real-time communication is achieved through the workshop's industrial Ethernet network, precisely connecting warehousing and production workstations. This solution helps the workshop streamline the material rack transfer process, improve transfer efficiency and accuracy, and provide reliable support for the upgrade of production logistics automation.
