Stamping automated assembly AGV solution

This AGV solution was developed for the stamping shop, specifically for end-of-line transport at high-speed stamping lines. Each of the 40 AGVs is driven by steering wheels and uses optical ribbon navigation and QR code positioning for high-precision positioning. They utilize a top-lift, piggyback transport system and are equipped with supercapacitors and online charging to eliminate offline operations and maximize utilization. Leveraging industrial Ethernet communication within the shop floor, the solution helps achieve fully automated, safe, efficient, and flexible production.
